A quick note before we dive in: we're once again hearing that our emails are landing in spam folders — or not arriving at all. If you'd like to stay on our engaged reader list, just click here and you'll be all set. Nothing else is needed on your end.
And if you're new to the newsletter, or it's been a while since one of ours last reached you — hello and welcome back! We're glad you're here.
Our mission hasn't changed. The good fight for transparency, accountability, and trust in our elections matters now more than ever, and we're grateful you're standing with us in it.
If there was a theme this week, it was accountability.
From FBI inquiries in Ohio and voter fraud investigations in California, to election lawsuits, legislative maneuvering, and battles over voter rolls, the pressure for transparency isn't slowing down. Citizens are asking questions, lawmakers are changing laws, and courts are weighing in. Across the country, election officials are finding themselves under increasing scrutiny.
Public confidence is built when the public can see, verify, and understand what's happening—not when they're simply told to trust the process.
Here's what you may have missed this week.
We can't do this without you — and we wouldn't want to.
Thank you for your support!

LegiTrack New Feature: Public Preview
The easier it is to share, the more informed citizens become. Bill previews are now open to everyone—making it easier than ever to share legislation, spark conversations, and turn awareness into action.
Lead From Where You Stand
Trust is earned.
Sometimes FBI investigations, voter ID lawsuits, election law battles, judicial recusals, and growing scrutiny of election administration across the country are signs that citizens are paying attention.
The moment we stop asking questions is the moment accountability disappears.
Keep watching. Keep learning. Keep showing up.
Lead from where you stand.
What You Can Do
- A call to action: if you or someone you know can obtain the Kentucky voter rolls, please reach out to us.
- Scan. Check. Protect.: We may be seeing a flood of issues in CA, but voters across the nation experience similar every day. Confirm your record and track your ballot - before it becomes a problem.
- Help us test the new version of Scan. Check. Protect. If you live in Hawaii, North Dakota, Mississippi, or Missouri, we need you! Contact us and we'll walk you through the next steps. (P.S. — if you've already reached out, thank you!!)
- See something, say something — cliché, but true. Are you receiving ballots or voter-related mail you didn't request? Take pictures and send us the details through our report line.
- Stay informed on election legislation. What is your state doing? Track it all in LegiTrack before it becomes law.
- Get involved locally. Join grassroots efforts in your state, attend local meetings, support transparency work, and help educate others on the issues shaping their communities.
- Vote! The evidence is clear: when you make the effort, you see the results. Shut out the voices that tell you your vote doesn't matter — it matters!!
- Pray for wisdom, courage, and discernment. No matter where you stand politically, this is a defining moment for the country and for the people entrusted with stewarding it.
- Support our work if you're able. Every volunteer hour, conversation, share, and donation helps strengthen the movement for transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement.

Until Next Week
Remember: you don't need a title, a law degree, or permission to get involved. You need awareness, courage, and the conviction to stay engaged when others walk away.
Real change starts with citizens who refuse to look away.
True the Vote will keep doing our part. With faith as our foundation and patriots like you standing in the gap, we'll keep pressing forward—for transparency, accountability, liberty, and the America we're determined to leave stronger than we found it.
Ever onward.

Grounded in Truth
A weekly word from the TTV team. Want one every day? Join us in TTV Now.
Father, the enemy wants us to believe that our limitations, failures, or disappointments can deter the plans You have for our lives. But we know that no chain is stronger than Your calling and no mountain is greater than Your power. Remind us that when You have called us, chains do not cancel our purpose. There is no obstacle or situation that is stronger than You. And You are the God Who makes the impossible possible.
Father, for those who feel stuck in their circumstances or feel bound in chains, we ask that You strengthen their hearts and renew their courage. Break every lie that tries to silence them or trick them into thinking that You have cancelled their calling. Move every mountain standing in the way of Your purposes and shine Your light into every hidden place. Expose the darkness, reveal the truth, and let every chain and every shadow retreat as Your light advances.
In Jesus' Name, Amen.
