Unlocking the Power of IV3

A Comprehensive Look at Our Crowdsource Research Platform - and an Invitation to Participate

In this edition of our weekly newsletter, we’re going to delve a bit deeper into the exciting capabilities of our crowdsource research platform, IV3. IV3 (Independent Voter Verification and Validation) stands as a testament of our commitment to empower citizens with the information they need to support election integrity at the local level.

With a base of over 211 million registered voter addresses, IV3 is not just a database; it's a dynamic tool that automates and enhances our understanding of voter rolls across the country.

Here's an overview of some key features and upcoming enhancements that make IV3 an invaluable asset.

1. Tracking Permanent Moves

One of IV3’s standout features is its ability to identify individuals who have reported permanent relocations. This functionality is crucial for maintaining accurate and current voter rolls. When a voter indicates to the USPS that they have permanently moved their residence, IV3 compares that information to the current voter registry and flags discrepancies for challenge. This reduces the chance of fraud of malfeasance and ensures compliance with local and federal election laws.

2. Addressing Nonstandard Addresses

IV3 excels in handling nonstandard addresses, which include commercial properties, vacant lots, or addresses deemed invalid. This feature is particularly important as it helps citizens raise the records to the attention of election officials, weeding out registrations that may not correspond to valid residential properties. By identifying and rectifying these anomalies, IV3 ensures that every registered address is legitimate and capable of receiving mail, further solidifying the integrity of the voter database.

3. Analyzing Anomalous Residency Patterns

IV3 records can be sorted to help highlight addresses where unusually high numbers of voters are registered. This feature is crucial for identifying potential inaccuracies or fraudulent activity within voter registrations. By flagging these anomalies, IV3 allows for timely investigation and resolution, ensuring that each registration is legitimate and verifiable.

4. Geocoding for Precision

All addresses within the IV3 system are geocoded. This means that each address is precisely mapped according to latitude and longitude, enhancing the accuracy of the data and enabling detailed geographic visualization.

The IV3 platform is more than just a database—it is a powerful tool in the effort to maintain clean voter rolls. Its ability to automate complex analyses and provide real-time insights into voter data integrity is transforming how citizens can engage in maintaining election accuracy.

True the Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht’s most recent op-ed, Durbin pushes voting rights for illegal aliens without public consent, was published this week in The Blaze

It’s time for choosing — and when it comes to noncitizen voting, Congress is not waiting until November. American voters better get into the game before the tables are irrevocably turned against us.

Senator Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and his fellow Senate Democrats recently sent a letter to Joe Biden demanding a quick path to legal status for the more than 10 million illegal aliens who have entered the United States since 2021.

Durbin is no fringe character. He is the majority whip, the second-highest-ranking Democrat in the Senate, and a 27-year incumbent from a deep blue state. Undefeatable in Illinois, he’s rumored to be ready to retire. Democrats are looking for a suitable Marxist to replace him. So Durbin has nothing to lose by planting the far-left flag for his party. With this letter, Durbin is laying out the party line on immigration heading into November 2024.

Do I have your attention?

States have already been denied access to federal migrant tracking databases, thereby preventing comprehensive voter registration citizenship checks.

We are already registering millions of new arrivals for federal social service programs, which have voter registration attached by mandate of the National Voter Registration Act. Those who say the threat of noncitizen voting is unfounded either aren’t paying attention or are simply lying.

Could Durbin’s missive lead to an executive order granting amnesty and citizenship status? Absolutely.

Read Durbin’s list of demands for yourself. He demands the millions who came here illegally be granted a quick path to legal status, and he wants U.S. taxpayers pay for it. He demands full citizenship rights, which would include the right to vote. He demands that America change forever, without citizens ever having a vote or even a say about it.

With a president and Senate already in alignment, a fractured House hanging by a one-vote majority, the border situation growing worse by the day, and a federal government aiding and abetting the lawlessness, the stakes are too high for American voters to stay silent.

It’s time to start making a few demands of our own. Demand answers. Demand to know whether your senators and representatives agree with Durbin on the extreme demand that we grant quick legal status to over 10 million illegal immigrants. Demand that they state their position publicly. Demand that states be given access to federal data that will allow for efficient citizenship verification. This can all be done before the November election, but there is no time to waste.

Election integrity is not an issue in 2024; it is the issue. Engage. Speak out. Demand leadership.

Save the vote, save America.

Election News Round Up

Supreme Court Denies Bid to Expand No-Excuse Mail-In Ballots in Texas - The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a legal challenge to a Texas law that requires voters under the age of 65 to provide justification to vote by mail, meaning that the Democrat-aligned attempt to sharply expand “no-excuse” mail-in ballots in the Lone Star state has failed, with implications for other states… The Supreme Court’s refusal to hear the appeal means that the Texas law stays in place, delivering a win to election integrity advocates who argue that no-excuse mail-in voting is prone to fraud and makes elections less secure… Read the full report in the Epoch Times here.

Supreme Court declines to hear Kari Lake voting machine lawsuit - The Supreme Court declined Monday to take up a case brought by Republicans Kari Lake and Mark Finchem over the use of voting machines in Arizona elections, the latest blow to the duo of GOP candidates who have seen their lawsuit rejected several times… Read the full report in The Hill here.

Statement from Kurt Olson, Attorney for Kari Lake following the SCOTUS decision:

We are obviously disappointed that the U.S. Supreme Court decided not to review the decisions of the Arizona district court and the Ninth Circuit, and order that our challenge to the 2022 election procedures be heard on the merits. Although the Supreme Court grants review in less than 1 percent of cases presented on petition, we believe we presented a case that called out to be reviewed, if the American People are to regain confidence in elections.

What made our case unusual was that it was after the Ninth Circuit affirmed the dismissal that we learned that the Arizona defendants falsely represented to the lower courts that Maricopa County complied with state law in several respects. Contrary to their representations to the lower courts, Maricopa County did not use software certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (“EAC”), and that Maricopa County failed to conduct pre-election “logic and accuracy” testing on all its 400-plus vote center tabulators in accordance with Arizona law. In fact, Maricopa County has been using and continues to use software that has been secretly altered with respect to how ballots are read and tabulated. Since Maricopa County contains 62 percent of Arizona voters, what happens there dominates state-wide elections.

In addition, evidence has come to light showing that, in the 2020 election, Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., left the master cryptographic encryption keys unprotected on the election databases and in plain text on its systems used in at least five states -- including Arizona. Doing so violated basic cyber security practices, Federal Information Processing Standards (“FIPS”), and EAC certification. With these cryptographic keys, anyone with access to these systems can manipulate election results without detection once they bypass the basic Windows log-in (easily done in less than five minutes with instructions available on the internet). Arizona election officials have yet to respond in court to these recent discoveries, continually trying to avoid any review of their actions.

The American people deserve facts, transparency, and truth in how elections are conducted in this Country. The Kari Lake and Mark Finchem case was dismissed based on a purported lack of standing to assert an injury. Therefore, the courts, even now, have not ruled on the merits of our case. We will continue to raise these issues especially in light of the upcoming 2024 election.

Dark Money Group Backed By Foreign Billionaire Has Dumped $100 Million Into State Ballot Initiatives: The Wyss-backed Sixteen Thirty Fund has funneled nearly $34 million into Michigan since 2017 to, in part, ‘rewrite the state’s election laws… - A Swiss billionaire whose personal goal is to “(re)interpret the American Constitution in the light of progressive politics” has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to a left-wing group that is dumping millions into state ballot initiatives, a new report from Americans for Public Trust (APT) revealed.

Hansjörg Wyss, through his Berger Action Fund, has donated $243 million to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, which “uses its war chest … to support massive get-out-the-vote drives, issue advocacy campaigns bolstering President Biden’s agenda, liberal pet projects from abortion to immigration, and attack ads against Republican lawmakers,” according to APT.

The group also pours resources into state ballot initiatives — to the tune of $97,593,151 over the past decade, according to the report. The cash infusions are “often concentrated in battleground presidential states such as Arizona, Michigan, and Ohio or states with competitive U.S. Senate races like Colorado, Missouri, and Nevada.” The lion’s share of that funding has gone to Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, and Nevada, but the Sixteen Thirty Fund also targets ballot initiatives in solid red states like Arkansas, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund has dumped nearly $34 million into Michigan — a state former President Donald Trump won in 2016 — since 2017 to, in part, “rewrite the state’s election laws,” according to the report. In Nevada, the group “was the number one donor to a ballot issue that implemented automatic voter registration” in 2018… Read the full report from The Federalist here.
