Happy Monday fellow patriot! We are so excited to see you this Saturday, August 13th, at The Pit in Arizona! 

Here are a few data points to help you (and us) prepare. Please read thoroughly and respond as necessary. 

CRITICAL TO ALL ATTENDEES: HOTEL CHECK-IN

You must be at a designated hotel by 7:45a pt on Saturday morning. If you are not there, checked in, and ready, you will miss the event.

If you made reservations through our hotel blocks, then we have you covered. 

If you are staying elsewhere, or not staying anywhere, please contact us (if you haven’t already) so we can give you instructions. You can EMAIL us at [email protected] or TEXT us at 281.801.9955 and we’ll get in touch. This is CRITICAL for security purposes. 

FLYING OUT SATURDAY BEFORE 7 PM? 

The Pit will be an all-day affair ending at approximately 5 pm. If you have booked a flight out before 7 pm please let us know so we can arrange transport back to a hotel or to the airport. 

FOOD 

No worries. We’re serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks all day.  

ATTIRE

Come casual. We’re all professionals. Be comfortable. 

ELECTRONICS

You can bring a phone, but don’t plan on using it other than during breaks. No laptops or recording devices.  Everything is being videoed, you won’t miss anything. We’ll provide journals, but you’re welcome to bring writing materials if you choose. 

VIDEO

There will be cameras present. RSBN will live stream. OAN and Epoch Times will be videoing for later use. Attendees will not be on camera.  It is our goal to maintain the anonymity of those who choose to remain anonymous. 

DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Security will be very high. Please don’t bring anyone additional to the event. If the name is not on our list they will not be permitted to attend. 

AFTERPARTY

There will be a meeting spot after the event where everyone can gather and decompress. We’ll give those details at the event. Casual attire still works.

LAST WORD

The Pit will be intense. Lots of speakers, lots of critical information. Please work with us to create an atmosphere of positivity, security, and unity. When you walk out on Saturday you will have been given extremely sensitive information. We are trusting you. We need you.  We have a Republic to save.
