True the Vote Wins Emergency Motion...this and more tonight on Locals

On Friday, February 25th, this was our headline….

FILED: Emergency Motion Reveals Worldwide Conspiracy in Konnech Case

On Friday, March 3rd…. our motion was granted! So, here’s the new headline!!

ORDERED: Federal Court Orders Konnech to Preserve Electronic Devices

What does this mean? As our filing attests, we’re extremely concerned about the preservation of evidence in a case that has already seen so much destruction. Our filing tells the tale.

The Plaintiff, Konnech, sued us for defamation, accused us of committing a crime, supported the Court in sending Gregg Phillips and I to prison, all the while working overtime to cover its own tracks. This Federal Court Order assures that the evidence being held in Los Angeles County, if returned to Konnech, cannot be destroyed.

There are now three lawsuits involving Konnech:

  1. Konnech, Inc. v. True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, and Gregg Phillips

  2. County of Los Angeles v. Eugene Yu (Konnech’s CEO)

  3. Grant Bradley v. Konnech, Inc. and Eugene Yu (Grant Bradley is a former Konnechemployee)

I suspect there will be more before it’s all said and done.

At least 32 counties use Konnech software to manage their election processes, including some of the largest counties in the country. Here’s information attained through open records showing Konnech’s list of past and present customers. As our affidavits attest, Konnech software is being developed in, run from, and monitored by, China. This must be stopped.

Early in 2021 we notified the FBI about Konnech. We worked to support the Bureau’s advancement of this case for the next 16 months. After that situation imploded, we were advised by a Special Agent to go public. We did … and that set in motion a series of events that no one could have imagined.

Friday’s victory was very important. But the fight is far from over.

There are many other projects we’re working on (and many other lawsuits we’re involved in).

True the Vote has attracted many, many enemies. And it’s no secret, we’re the group the media loves to hate. Let them say and do what they will.

We’ll talk more about all this and much on Monday, March 6th, at 7p et, on Locals. It’s an hourish long live podcast where I talk about the latest news and take questions from participants. We’d love to have you join us if you can. You can click here to connect.

The battle is for our elections. The war is for the Republic. We will not quit.

Ever onward -
