Standing Strong: The Trial Ahead, and the Future We Must Choose

Vote. Serve. Pray.

Hi Friend —

What follows is a broad update on recent lawsuits, developments out of D.C., and a powerful new program we’re launching later this week. Let’s jump in!

On Lawsuits— and Where to Draw the Line

You may recall that a few weeks ago, True the Vote presented oral arguments before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Fair Fight v. True the Vote. We previously won this case in federal district court, but Fair Fight appealed. Their lawsuit, filed in December 2020, was a clear attempt to block citizens from helping counties lawfully maintain clean and accurate voter rolls. The case is now in the hands of appellate judges. A decision may take months, but we remain confident in both our position and our right to engage in this essential work.

During that same season, three additional lawsuits were filed against us— all of which have since been won, withdrawn, or dismissed— but not without incurring significant collateral damage in the form of lost time and resources. That, of course, is the intended outcome of lawfare: not justice, but exhaustion.

This Friday, we return to court in Mark Andrews v. True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, Gregg Phillips, et al, a case filed in 2022 over a 1.8-second video clip used by the filmmaker of ‘2000 Mules’.

Also in 2022, we were sued by Konnech, a CCP-aligned provider of U.S. election administration software. That case resulted in Gregg and me being imprisoned for protecting a confidential source, then released by emergency order of the Fifth Circuit. Konnech eventually dropped the case entirely. It’s making headlines again, following a newly published article by one of the researchers who helped us on the project.

But Wait… There’s More

Only recently did we learn that, during that same period in 2022, a Grand Jury was convened against us in the Northern District of New York. The Biden Administration was seeking criminal indictments against Gregg and me. We were labeled “flight risks” by the U.S. Attorney, which allowed the case to be sealed— kept entirely hidden from us.

Without our knowledge, Google, Apple, and potentially others were subpoenaed and compelled to turn over every digital record we had, going back to 2017. We only learned of this after both companies sent us notifications, years later. Had they not, we likely never would have known.

I rarely speak about these experiences, because dwelling on them does not move us forward. Still, they must be shared— not for sympathy, but as a warning. They show how quickly a government can veer off course when left unchecked. And while lawfare is real— weaponized litigation intended not to win, but to wear you down— it’s just one front in a much broader battle.

Technology Moves Faster Than Truth

Today, technology multiplies the speed and reach of abuse. Surveillance, censorship, data profiling, AI-generated narratives— these tools can be deployed instantly and invisibly. What once took years now takes seconds. What once required warrants now happens behind closed doors. If it can happen to us, it can happen to anyone.

We are entering a time for choosing. An era of both peril and promise. The technical reality of Voter Singularity— the resolution of identity, citizenship, and residency in real time— offers a path to transparent, accurate elections that remain locally controlled and citizen-led. We’re excited! But the very tools that can preserve liberty can also be used to destroy it. The line between empowering free people and surveilling them is razor thin— and far too easy to cross.

Two Stories, One Warning

Last week, Louisiana became one of the first states to access the Department of Homeland Security’s enhanced SAVE database— a major step forward in enabling states to verify citizenship based on federal records. This is the kind of decentralized access states should have had long ago. Great news!

But in that same week, it was also reported that the Department of Government Enterprises (DOGE), which developed the enhanced SAVE system, has turned over vast amounts of data to Palantir— a company with a clear agenda to build a centralized digital identity infrastructure, consolidating IRS, Social Security, immigration records, and much more, all in a single platform. Such centralization of data poses a threat to individual freedoms and privacy. Surrendering our data to unchecked power isn’t just a technical risk— it’s a moral failure. God didn’t grant us free will so we could trade it for convenience or fear.

We Are Many

Technology is not neutral. It will either preserve our freedoms—or monitor our every move. But it can never replace what we have when we stand together. It can never replicate the strength of a free people, united in purpose, grounded in truth.

We are not powerless. We are not alone. We are many. And when we rise— together— we become a force no government, no algorithm, no agenda can silence.

So get involved. In your local elections. In your church. Your school. Your community. Choose one place to start. Shake a hand. Ask a question. Offer help. Build trust.

This is how we reclaim what matters. This is how freedom wins—not in sweeping headlines, but in thousands of small, everyday acts of courage by people who refuse to give up. Let them see that we are awake. That we are alert. That we are together—and by God’s grace, we are unafraid.

Introducing: LegiTrack

Later this week, we’re launching LegiTrack, a new citizen tool designed to help you follow election integrity legislation in your state and in Washington, D.C.. With LegiTrack, you’ll be able to track bills, receive alerts, and take action when it matters most. We’ll host regular conference calls to break down legislative trends, explain how to make your voice heard, and equip you to spread the word when we need others to stand alongside.

“A dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it.”

— G.K. Chesterton

We will continue to go against the current. We will continue to stand strong, speak truth, and fight for liberty—for as long as it takes. And if you choose to support us financially, we will immediately put your donation to work!

Keep the faith. Never quit. Ephesians 6 FTW!

Ever onward -

P.S. One more thing … please see below and share as you see fit. Our team has decided to print this list in every newsletter we publish until our offer is accepted.

We continue to offer the following to the Trump Administration 👇.

- Evidence given by us to (and buried by) the FBI from 2020–2022, including geospatial proof of ballot dropbox abuse.

- Info on the non-citizen database first reported by Gregg Phillips in 2016 and buried under unfulfilled whistleblower protections.

- Approx 10k documents on Konnech, the CCP-affiliated election software company (docs currently on Truethevote.org and Open.Ink) and our investigation timeline, including my and Gregg Phillips’ imprisonment—while the FBI, despite knowing the truth, watched us be taken away in chains to solitary confinement— and did nothing.

- Banking records tied to a suspected multi-state ballot trafficking ring—evidence we tried to give the FBI. They wouldn’t take it. It was about that time when we learned we were their targets.

- Subpoenas from Google and Apple, revealing the Biden DOJ’s demand for all my accounts and archives in a sealed, years-long Grand Jury probe by the Northern District of New York—part of a secretive effort to criminally indict Gregg Phillips and me.

- Full texts and emails with all FBI agents we dealt with—names, contacts, all of it.
