Prayers for President Trump + CNN Harassment, Exposing Voter Registration Chaos, and More
Commit today to work in your local elections
UPDATE: The below newsletter was about to be sent when I saw what happened at President Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania. Thank God, President Trump survived the attempt on his life. I have no doubt it will make him stronger than ever. The battle lines could not be clearer.
We are all here, together, for such a time as this. Let’s go.
God bless America.

Hi Friend -
Lots to discuss today. Here we go …
Are you receiving political ads from a state that you don’t live in? If so, here’s what you should do …
People are reporting to us that they’re receiving texts and emails from candidates running for offices in states in which they do not live, specifically Arizona and Florida. On a hunch, the individuals used our Scan. Check. Protect.(https://truethevote.org/registration) program to look up their names in the voter rolls of the state in question. They found that their information had been used to register to vote.
How could this happen? Databases containing personal information can be purchased or scraped from the internet. The data can then be used to steal identities for the purpose of voter registration. Email and cell phone information are often included in these datasets. Campaigns then use the same data to solicit votes or donations.
We don’t know how widespread this could be. And maybe there is some plausible explanation that could allay our concerns. But we wanted to bring this to your attention without delay. Better safe than sorry.
If you are receiving political material from a state you don’t live in, your identity could have been used to register to vote. You can use Scan. Check. Protect. to look up your information in the state in question.
If this is happening to you, please let us know at [email protected]
CNN’s Staged Ambush on True the Vote IV3 Volunteers

The above video is of a CNN reporter, who we believe to be CNN Senior Investigative Reporter Kyung Lah, knocking on the door of a volunteer from Texas. After the volunteer rejected CNN’s advances through email and phone, they set up cameras in her yard, started filming, and knocked on the front door with microphones ready for ambush. Things escalated quickly. Wisely, CNN chose to leave.
Volunteers are being tracked by CNN because of their participation in a project we are supporting, called IV3 (iv3.us) . IV3 equips volunteers to review and submit likely ineligible voter registration records to their respective counties. CNN is filing open records requests for all documents received regarding “voter challenges” and the counties are obliged to respond, which gives CNN access to the volunteer’s information, along with any voter records submitted.
We’ve received numerous reports from volunteers across the country, all concerned because CNN is hounding them via phone, text, email, and in person. This is not the only report from Texas volunteers, but it’s the only one with video (so far). Other reports are coming from Arizona and South Carolina.
We are advising volunteers to call the police.
We are also weighing legal options on behalf of TTV volunteers. This is an attempt to harass and intimidate concerned citizens.
If this is happening to you, please let us know at [email protected]
Congratulations to All IV3 Volunteers! 575,418 Records Reviewed and Challenged To Date.
Wow! What an accomplishment! About 10,000 volunteers in 1304 counties have individually reviewed and reported 575,418 potentially ineligible voter registration records to their local counties or municipalities as part of our IV3 Project.
Our original goal for IV3 was 500,000 records and we smashed it. In most states, August 8th is the last date to submit any records for review, in accordance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). The NVRA requires a 90 day moratorium on voter roll maintenance before a federal election. The closer to the deadline we get, the less likely it is that your challenges will be reviewed, so if you want to participate in the project, the time is now!
This week we received great reports from several counties and a New York volunteer found 8 voters who appear to be registered at the Bronx Zoo. Never a dull moment. You can learn more at iv3.us
Funding Fuel Needed
Please consider making a donation to support our work. We are firing on all cylinders. Reviewing voter rolls with IV3, building election day resources, providing live training and support 3x a week in our Lunch and Learn program, preparing to launch VoteAlert, a new hotline app, still fighting back against lawfare in several cases, and much, much more. But we cannot do what we do without financial help. There is a ton of “election integrity” money being raised by other groups and parties. We are often asked if we are the beneficiaries of any of that largesse. No, we aren’t. The only funding fuel we have for our programs comes from people just like you. We know budgets are tight. If you can make a donation today, it would be greatly appreciated and immediately put to use. ( https://truethevote.org/donate )
S.A.V.E. Act and Non-Citizen Voting
Like you, we are extremely concerned about the potential for non-citizen voting in U.S. elections. In Congress this week we saw the S.A.V.E. Act, which is a great bill designed to prevent non-citizen voting, passed by the House, then blocked by the Senate. The Biden White House also issued a statement affirming that Biden will veto the bill should it get to him (which it won’t).
We 100% support the S.A.V.E. Act, and the fact that the Biden Admin is staunchly opposed confirms what we already knew. But - we are only 114 days from Nov 5. The only thing we have time to do is get states access to the appropriate federal datasets to check citizenship status against state voter rolls. This CAN be done before the election. We must focus on what we can do now. The rest is just sound and fury.
America First Legal put together a great plan directing states in exactly how to request data from DHS. You can find their plan, plus a way to send it directly to your state and federal representatives, all on our 611 Project page. (https://truethevote.org/the-611-project). Be a part of this historic debate!

Lastly, I leave you with this. Ephesians 6:10-12 . I find myself reading it over and over again. It describes how I feel about the battle we find ourselves in. I hope it will inspire you as it inspires me. We may not be as ready as we would like for the battle ahead, but we are fully armored in faith. And we will win.
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Have faith. Do not fear. Never quit. Keep moving forward. We can do this.
Ever onward -
P.S. Again, if you can help us with a donation, please do. This is a very tough fight. We need you.
