Our offer to the Trump Administration

Plus ...what we saw in Wisconsin, the election integrity Executive Order, and more...

Hi Friend -

A reality check is in order. On the Wisconsin election, the election integrity Executive order, DOGE findings in the voter rolls, and what we have to offer the Trump Administration … I’ll try to keep it brief.

On Wisconsin’s election

Tuesday’s election delivered a mixed message: voters passed a constitutional amendment to codify Voter ID—while also electing a Supreme Court Justice who opposes Voter ID and other key pro-liberty principles.

Social media exploded with blame:
“Voters need to vote harder!”
“Chasers need to chase harder!”
“It must be fraud!”

But after years of work in Wisconsin—training Election Challengers, supporting Election Day operations, engaging with the WEC, and fighting for election integrity—here’s the hard truth: the biggest problem facing the pro-liberty movement is inconsistency on the ground.

You can’t just engage voters when it’s time to vote or fundraise. Real impact requires year-round connection—relationships, communication, and community. Democrats do this. Republicans don’t.

I’m not suggesting that we shouldn’t take a hard look at patterns in the vote rolls, nor should any grassroots group stop working in their area of focus, but … if your local party is asleep at the wheel, tell them: lead, follow, or stop sending fundraising texts every five minutes and get out of the way. There’s too much at stake to keep pretending we’re playing the same game.

The Awesome Executive Order

President Trump’s Executive Order “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections” is a thing of beauty.

It opens with: “Under the Constitution, State governments must safeguard American elections in compliance with Federal laws that protect Americans’ voting rights and guard against dilution by illegal voting, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of malfeasance and error.”

Yes. Exactly.

This order ends the voter registration chaos caused by Biden’s E.O. 14091, directs DHS to provide states the citizenship data needed to help clean voter rolls (a key goal of our 611 Project—thank you to all who supported it!), and much more.

This is a huge step forward. But make no mistake: the lawsuits are already piling up. So far, 19 states and activist groups are lining up to fight it—and more will follow.

We must hold the line. Support these standards. Settle for nothing less.

True the Vote is assessing how best to engage in the legal battle ahead. This is a hill worth fighting to hold. Stay tuned.

What DOGE is Finding … and What Remains to be Found

As DOGE continues to report on the many, many rabbit trails that enable the exploitation of our voter rolls, it’s been interesting to watch people wake up. Here are a few clips from just one, a podcast called “All In” (which is a really good podcast).

☝️Antonio Gracias describing what he’s seen so far ….

👆Host Chamath Palihapitiya explaining the importance of getting data scientists to interrogate the data.

👆End of the segment with Antonio and Chamath talking about the 2020 Election and how difficult it is to prove election fraud.

We couldn’t agree more. To that end, we offer the following ….

To the Trump Administration —

We stand in full support of your efforts to improve election processes and expose election fraud. Here’s what we can provide:

  • A detailed list of government databases, recommended queries, code, and supporting data to help in your efforts to identify illegal voters.

  • Information on the non-citizen database first reported by Gregg Phillips—buried under whistleblower protocols that were never honored.

  • Evidence provided to (and buried by) the FBI between 2020–2022, including geospatial data showing ballot dropbox abuse.

  • Details from the multi-state Konnech investigation, including the timeline leading up to my imprisonment and Gregg Phillips’— while the FBI, who knew the truth and could have helped us, instead just watched it happen.

  • Copies of banking information and supporting research tied to a suspected multi-state ballot trafficking operation. We tried to bring this to the FBI, too, then we learned that, in fact, it was us the FBI had been targeting all along.

  • Complete text and email records with FBI agents—names, contacts, everything.

  • Full detail on the lawsuits against us by Elias Law and Skadden. One involves active DOJ participation. The other smears President Trump throughout.

And that’s just the beginning.

Antonio Gracias is right: he’s only seen the tip of the iceberg. We know what lies beneath.

Lastly, I invite you to join me on Monday night’s Onward podcast @ 7p et, where I’ll discuss all the above in much greater detail. Should be fun. 😉

Never quit. Keep the faith. Ephesians 6 FTW!

Ever onward -

P.S. If you can help support our work, please do. We have lawsuit hearings coming up in May and June, plus we are launching IV3 in a week and finishing the build on a new app that will help track Election Integrity legislation. Any amount you choose to donate will be immediately deployed. Thank you, again and as always.
